Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to be packed. Orders are usually packed and ready to be shipped within 2-5 days but can sometimes be delayed if they're out of stock, are vinyl stickers or if I'm personally busy. Hence the 1-2 weeks "grace" period.
Once domestic (USA) orders are dropped off at the post office, arrival of stickers can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on the state the order is being shipped to.
All international orders are not guaranteed to arrive. Most of the time they arrive with no issues but they can still get lost, placed on hold by customs or any unknown variable may prevent an order from arriving that is out of my hands.
Once an international order is shipped, arrival of stickers can take anywhere between 5-8 weeks depending on the country the order is being shipped to.
If an order hasn't arrived within the time limits posted above depending on whether it's domestic or international please send an email or a DM on Instagram with your order number and name used to place the order.
Orders will be reshipped once in case an order fails to arrive only after the issue has been discussed.
Full refunds will also be an option if the reshipping option is denied. Refunds are done ASAP but can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to be processed by the payment method used.
I try my best to drop off all orders ASAP at the post office and once dropped off, time of arrival and assurance of arrival is completely out of my hands.
If your order is lost or stolen during delivery, please contact USPS. Speak to your local USPS office and/or file a complaint online.
